Cyprus holds parliamentary elections for 56 legislative seats

Cyprus is holding parliamentary elections to fill 56 seats in the House of Representatives, with voting taking place from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. A total of 752 candidates, consisting of 743 party-affiliated and 9 independent, are competing for the mandate.
