Voting arrangements for enclaved and resettled residents in Cyprus elections

Presidential Commissioner Marios Hartsiotis has announced the logistical plan for 595 registered enclaved and resettled voters to participate in the upcoming elections. Voting will take place at two designated centers in the free areas. The Kykkos A' Lyceum in Nicosia will host voters from the Kyrenia district (Kormakitis and Karpasia), providing two ballot boxes: one for parliamentary candidates and one for the Maronite religious group representative. Approximately 260 voters from the Famagusta district (Rizokarpaso, Agia Triada, and Agios Andronikos) will cast their ballots at the Acheritou Primary School. Free bus transportation will be provided for those traveling from the occupied areas. Furthermore, the Commissioner's office will remain open to issue immediate authorizations for enclaved individuals already in the free areas, allowing them to vote in their current district of residence to prevent unnecessary travel.
