Prastitis highlighted a major legal battle at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) regarding these sanctions. The administration successfully achieved a temporary suspension of the transfer ban, which he credited to patient and strategic management. Additionally, the club contended with serious licensing issues concerning its home stadium, Antonis Papadopoulos.
