Proptech startup Mystudentflat launches crowdfunding campaign
Mystudentflat, a proptech company founded by Dimitris Oikonomou and Elena Orphanidou, has launched its first external funding round via the Crowdbase platform. The campaign aims to raise between €100,000 and €500,000, with a minimum investment threshold of €100 per participant. Established in September 2025, the company focuses on digitalizing student housing in Cyprus and Greece. Currently, Mystudentflat manages 55 apartments across Nicosia, Limassol, and Athens, reporting full occupancy in Cyprus and annual rental revenue exceeding €450,000. The company utilizes a digital platform for booking, payments, and contract management, and has established partnerships with regional universities and Uniplaces. This fundraising effort comes as student housing continues to emerge as a significant European real estate asset class. The capital raised will be used to support further operational development.
