Cyprus national football teams announce upcoming friendly match schedules
The Cyprus national football teams have finalized their preparation schedules for upcoming international friendlies. The men's national team, coached by Apostolos Mantzios, will play against Slovenia in Ljubljana on June 4 and Liechtenstein in Vaduz on June 7, with training beginning May 27 at the Archangelos facility. The U-21 national team, led by Constantinos Makridis, will travel to Podgorica for a friendly against Montenegro on June 5, starting their training on May 27 at the Laurou stadium in Parekklisia. Meanwhile, the U-19 national team is scheduled for matches against Greece on May 27 and England on May 31 at the Ethnikos Achnas stadium. The U-19 squad, coached by Valentinos Koulountis, will also observe a match between Greece and England at the same venue on May 28. Players involved in the Coca-Cola Cup final will join the men's national team camp following their club obligations. A total of 27 players have been called up to the men's senior squad, including two first-time selections.
