Legal proceedings regarding the suicide of Stylianou

Arnaoutis was questioned as a suspect concerning six serious charges related to the suicide of Stylianou. During the interrogation, Arnaoutis exercised the right to remain silent and did not respond to any of the 31 questions posed by investigators. Independent investigators had previously recommended that criminal charges be filed against Arnaoutis and thirteen other individuals in connection with the same case. Despite these recommendations, the Attorney General has decided to halt the legal proceedings against all parties involved. Consequently, no criminal charges will currently proceed against the suspect or the other thirteen individuals named in the investigation. The decision to drop the case follows the initial recommendation for prosecution by independent authorities.
