Heavy rainfall causes flooding and traffic disruption in Nicosia

Authorities issued a yellow weather warning effective until 17:00 and urged motorists to maintain low speeds and keep safe distances. Separate reports also mentioned a fatal car accident in Larnaca involving a 55-year-old Hungarian woman, currently under police investigation.
