Louis Hotels reports expansion and investment strategies for Greece and Cyprus
Louis Hotels is implementing a multi-year investment program for 2024-2026, totaling over 60 million euros when including new acquisitions and upgrades. The group has already allocated more than 30 million euros for the renovation and modernization of existing properties, including the conversion of the Valmar Corfu into a five-star premium all-inclusive resort. The Imperial Island Resort in Paphos was also opened on May 3, with further expansion projects like the King Jason Zante in Zakynthos currently underway. The firm, which reported 150 million euros in revenue for 2025 and announced its intention to delist from the Cyprus Stock Exchange, continues to evaluate new acquisition and leasing opportunities. While the company recorded strong performance in 2025, management reports "modest optimism" for the current year due to geopolitical instability in the Middle East. Executives noted that the conflict caused a rise in cancellations and softer booking demand, particularly during March and April, which affected the Cyprus market. The group currently operates 25 hotels with over 13,000 beds across Greece and Cyprus.
