Alpha Bank reports first quarter 2026 financial results
Alpha Bank announced its first-quarter results for 2026, reporting an 11.5% year-on-year increase in core revenues. The bank posted adjusted net profits of €221 million, with reported net profits at €182 million. Fee income reached €139.7 million, representing a 29% annual growth, while net interest income rose 5.3% to €416.3 million. Key operational metrics included a return on tangible book value of 12.6% and a cost-to-income ratio of 39%. CEO Vassilis Psaltis reaffirmed the full-year target of €950 million in profits and earnings per share of €0.40.
