Henning Berg named coach of the season at PASP Football Awards

On May 21, 2026, the PASP Football Awards for the 2025-26 season were held. Omonia Nicosia coach Henning Berg received the award for coach of the season. This recognition follows his leadership in guiding Omonia to the Cyprus League by Stoiximan championship title. During his acceptance speech, Berg acknowledged the collective effort of the entire Omonia team and thanked his wife for her support. Other notable awards presented at the event included Fabiano receiving the 'Golden Gloves' for best goalkeeper and Ryan Mmaee being recognized as the top scorer. Additionally, Quivita's goal against Omonia was voted the best goal of the season. Several Omonia players were also featured in the season's best eleven lineup.
