Political party SIKOU PANO announces legal action to challenge election process

SIKOU PANO stated that it has already filed official complaints with the police and the Radio and Television Authority. While the authorities acknowledged receipt of these complaints, the party notes that the investigation was postponed until after the pre-election period. The party holds the government of Nikos Christodoulides responsible for these issues, citing institutional and political negligence. To pursue their claims, the party intends to utilize domestic channels, including the Election Court, Administrative Court, and the Supreme Constitutional Court. Additionally, they plan to engage international judicial bodies, including the European Court of Human Rights and relevant European Union institutions. The party stated it will pursue all possible civil, administrative, and criminal avenues to address their grievances.
