Staff changes at Aris Limassol
Aris Limassol has officially announced the departure of head coach Liasos Louka and assistant coach Viktors Mazurs following the conclusion of the season. Louka took charge on February 14, debuting against Akritas Chlorakas, and led the team for three and a half months during the play-offs. Simultaneously, the club announced that assistant coach Viktors Mazurs, who joined in 2023 and worked within the academy before his promotion in January, is leaving to manage Ogre United FC in Latvia. Reports suggest that Artyom Radzkov will lead the team's next phase, building on his previous work with the club's scouting network. The club stated that future operations will involve a tighter budget with a focus on developing young players. Louka was thanked for his professional contributions during a challenging period for the club. Mazurs was recognized for his development of youth players during his tenure with the academy and the first team.
