Cyprus 2026 parliamentary election results
The 2026 Cypriot parliamentary elections concluded with the final count of 100% of the votes. The new House of Representatives will consist of six political parties. DISY maintained its position as the leading party with 17 seats, despite a slight decrease to 27.1% of the vote. AKEL secured 15 seats with 23.9% of the vote. ELAM saw a significant increase to 10.9%, doubling its parliamentary presence to 8 seats. DIKO also holds 8 seats with 10% of the vote. The newly entering parties, ALMA and Direct Democracy, each secured 4 seats with 5.8% and 5.4% respectively. Initial exit polls had incorrectly projected a wider representation of eight parties, but final official results confirmed the six-party composition. All official data was released by the Ministry of Interior's Election Service on May 24, 2026.
