Cyprus guitar orchestra to perform with Giota Nega in Nicosia

The Cyprus Guitar Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Antonis Mytakidis, will perform a concert titled '200 Guitars with Giota Nega' at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre. Artistic director Antonis Koizas leads the production featuring 200 guitarists accompanying Greek vocalist Giota Nega. The event will take place on July 1, 2026, starting at 20:30. The repertoire focuses on songs by composers including Mikis Theodorakis, Manos Hadjidakis, Stavros Xarchakos, Yannis Markopoulos, Manos Loizos, Thanos Mikroutsikos, and Marios Tokas.
