XM co-CEO addresses organizational strategy at the Great Place To Work summit

Dr. Stavri Morti, co-CEO of the FinTech company XM, represented the organization at the Great Place To Work® For All Summit™ held in Las Vegas. XM was the only Cypriot company participating in the international event. During her presentation, Dr. Morti emphasized that corporate culture is a vital factor for sustainable growth and business success. She highlighted the necessity of open dialogue between senior management and employees within the competitive FinTech sector. The presentation also detailed a recent organizational transformation, which involved restructuring the entire product development team into distinct business streams. Dr. Morti acknowledged that this process required difficult decisions, flexibility, and transparent internal communication. She noted that while some employees were initially skeptical of the changes, the resulting alignment and faster project execution led to broad internal support. Additionally, she discussed the role of leadership in navigating periods of uncertainty and the integration of artificial intelligence in business strategy.
