Cyclist assaults driver in Matosinhos, Portugal

A male cyclist attacked a 37-year-old female driver following a traffic dispute. According to the victim's statement, the cyclist struck her stationary vehicle three times, prompting her to exit the car to confront him. The footage shows the cyclist grabbing the woman by the throat, pushing her to the ground, pulling her hair, and repeatedly punching her in the head.
