Four teams qualify for the STOK Elite Division after playoff matches

On May 30, 2026, the quarterfinal return matches of the STOK Integration Championship concluded, determining the four clubs promoted to the 2026-2027 STOK Elite Division. The teams securing promotion are ENAL Dromolaxia, Rotsidis Mammari, Proodos Kaimakliou, and THOI Pyrgou. The decisive results were: Dias Strovolou 3-1 ENAL Dromolaxia, THOI Pyrgou 3-1 S&P Zakakiou (with THOI winning 2-0 on penalties), Proodos Kaimakliou 3-0 AEM Mouttagiaka (after extra time), and Rotsidis Mammari 2-1 ATE-PEK Ergaton.
