Nikos Raptis discusses early career and professional feedback from Dimitris Oungarezos

During an interview on the show "Asteroskoni" aired on Saturday, May 31, radio producer Nikos Raptis discussed his early career beginnings. Raptis noted that he started his professional journey in the commercial and advertising department of Mad Radio in November 2009. He transitioned to a broadcasting role due to his personality, despite initial skepticism from colleagues. Specifically, Raptis recalled that Dimitris Oungarezos, who worked with him at the time, initially doubted his abilities. Oungarezos allegedly told the program director that Raptis was not suitable for the position and suggested his removal. However, Oungarezos later recognized his progress and encouraged him to pursue a role in front of the microphone. Raptis described himself as a "child of the radio," emphasizing his long-standing passion for the medium.
