Fatal clashes and attacks reported in Gaza and the West Bank

On May 31, 2026, multiple incidents occurred in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank amid a stalled ceasefire process. Palestinian health officials reported at least three deaths in Gaza across separate incidents, including an airstrike on a vehicle near Deir al-Balah and strikes in Zawayida and Khan Yunis. Other reports suggest two Palestinians were killed and dozens injured in an airstrike targeting a cafeteria near a temporary port. Since the October ceasefire, health authorities in Gaza state that approximately 930 Palestinians have been killed, while the Israeli military reports four soldier deaths.
