41-year-old man kills wife in Kalamata apartment

In the early hours of Monday, June 1, a 41-year-old man stabbed his 39-year-old wife to death in their apartment in Kalamata. Neighbors alerted the police at approximately 2:00 am after hearing screams and pleas for help. Upon arrival, officers found the woman dead in the bedroom with multiple stab wounds, while the couple's two daughters, aged 6 and 10, were found sleeping in an adjacent room.
