Russian missile and drone strikes hit multiple Ukrainian cities

On Tuesday, Russian drone and missile strikes targeted major Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, Dnipro, and Kharkiv. Casualty reports vary between sources, with estimates ranging from 9 to 11 people killed and over 60 to 100 injured. In Kyiv, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported at least 4 deaths and 51 to 65 injuries, noting that a 24-storey apartment building partially collapsed.
