XM Group funds air conditioning installation in Cypriot public primary schools

On May 28, 2026, the 19th Primary School of Agia Fyla in Limassol hosted an event to recognize the XM Group for funding the installation of air conditioning units in public primary schools across Cyprus. The project was executed in collaboration with local school boards to improve learning environments. Notable attendees included the Minister of Education, Sport and Culture, Dr. Athena Michaelidou, and the Deputy Mayor of Limassol, Demos Katsis. Also present were Nikos Agiomamitis, Chairman of the Limassol Greek Schools Board, and Dr. Marios Stylianides, Director of Primary Education. During the event, Minister Michaelidou described the installation of school air conditioning as a government priority and praised the partnership with the private sector. The school’s headteacher, Christofis Christofi, and the President of the Parents’ Association, Maria Charalambous, also expressed gratitude for the donation.
