Pilot arrested in Paraguay for drug trafficking in private jet
Jabari Brown, a 20-year-old Jamaican pilot known as 'Captain Treezy', was arrested by the Paraguayan National Anti-Drug Secretariat (SENAD) at Silvio Pettirossi International Airport. Authorities seized 261.6 kilograms of high-potency marijuana with an estimated street value of 3.6 million dollars. Brown gained internet fame five months ago after winning a 2 million dollar private jet in a competition hosted by YouTuber MrBeast, which has received over 148 million views. In addition to Brown, Paraguayan authorities arrested three American citizens: 39-year-old Marisol Rivas, 42-year-old Troy Anthony Vasquez, and 58-year-old David Thomas Wise. The arrest occurred as part of an anti-drug initiative titled Program Hummingbird. While reports confirm the connection to the MrBeast competition, the official SENAD statement focused on the interception of the U.S.-registered aircraft and the seizure of the contraband. All four suspects remain in custody as the investigation into the drug trafficking operation continues.
