Capital.com updates mobile application design
The online trading platform Capital.com has announced a global update to its mobile application, scheduled for release on iOS and Android in May 2026. The redesign introduces a new brand identity and platform structure based on client research that prioritized reduced interface complexity and improved decision-making support. Chief Product Officer Sasha Gubochkin stated that the changes aim to lower cognitive load and prevent impulsive trading. The update includes three main features: an AI assistant for market and platform queries, a trading analytics tool to review personal performance, and a refined navigation system with a personalized home surface. The visual system has been simplified using a three-color palette consisting of Midnight, Light, and Gold. Typography and layouts were adjusted to improve readability and reduce visual noise. Capital.com emphasized that every change was evaluated based on whether it provides users with clearer context before they act.
