Pafos FC plans for the upcoming season following cup success

Following their historic victory in the Cyprus Cup on May 29, Pafos FC has begun preparations for the new season. Club spokesperson Christoforos Matthaiou confirmed that the team has signed a five-year agreement with Cytavision to broadcast all their matches. Regarding the technical leadership, management is finalizing a contract renewal with Ricardo Sa Pinto, who led the team to the cup title. The club is also currently reshaping its roster, with goalkeeper Neofytos Michail departing and Charalampos Kyriakidis joining on a two-year contract. Eleven players have contracts nearing completion, including Kostas Pileas, who is reportedly moving to AEK Larnaca. Additionally, the club is evaluating the future of Brazilian forward Lele, considering either extending his loan from Fluminense for approximately 200,000 euros or pursuing a permanent transfer. Official announcements regarding squad departures and the coaching staff are expected shortly.
