Charitable initiatives and environmental restoration efforts in Cyprus
Endurance athlete Pavlos Papadopoulos completed a 164-kilometer charity run on May 30, 2026, starting and finishing at the Limassol Marina. The event, supported by Exinity and the Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation, aimed to raise funds for the Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends (PASYKAF). This initiative supports PASYKAF’s programs, including home care and psychological support, which have been active since 1986. Additionally, on May 23, 2026, employees from Exinity and members of the Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation participated in a reforestation project in Souni. Collaborating with ECOmbare, 38 volunteers planted 70 Groasis Waterboxxes to restore areas damaged by wildfires. This technological approach facilitates tree growth in dry environments to help recover the local ecosystem. The combined efforts highlight corporate social responsibility toward both public health and environmental protection in Cyprus.
