Worker injured in fall at primary school in Nicosia

On Thursday, June 6, at approximately 11:30 AM, a 63-year-old man fell from the first floor of a primary school in the Deftera area of Nicosia province while performing construction work. According to police reports, the individual lost his balance, resulting in the fall. An ambulance transported the injured worker to the Nicosia General Hospital. Medical personnel have reported that his condition is stable and he is out of danger. Local media noted that the incident occurred while students were present on the school premises.
