Aris near agreement with center Khem Birch

Aris Thessaloniki is reportedly near an agreement to sign Canadian center Khem Birch. The negotiations between the club and the player are in an advanced stage, with only final administrative procedures remaining. Birch, who played for Fenerbahce this past season, averaged four points and four rebounds per game. He played a significant role for Sarunas Jasikevicius' team during the playoffs against Zalgiris Kaunas after serving as a rotation player earlier in the season. Birch is a Euroleague champion and previously played for Olympiacos during the 2016-17 season. His professional experience also includes a six-year tenure in the NBA with the Orlando Magic and Toronto Raptors, spanning 282 games. Vassilis Spanoulis is the current head coach overseeing these transfer developments for the team.
