First annual Poker Run Cyprus yachting event concludes

The Cyprus Yacht Owners Club (CYOC) successfully concluded the inaugural Poker Run Cyprus event on May 31, 2026. The maritime event took place over two days, featuring various vessels including RIBs, motorboats, and superyachts navigating the coastline of Cyprus. The event aims to become an annual fixture for the regional yachting community in the Eastern Mediterranean. A closing ceremony was held on Sunday evening at Columbia Sun, located on Lady’s Mile beach in Limassol. During this event, Polis Tofinis was awarded the Best Poker Hand for his participation with his powerboat, Moana. Additionally, Marios Iordanou, Managing Director of Bluepoint Yachting Ltd, received the Industry Leadership Award for his contributions to the local yachting sector. The organizers intend for this gathering to serve as a landmark event for yacht owners and enthusiasts moving forward.
