Anorthosis holds general assembly and settles dispute with Temur Ketsbaia
During the general assembly of Anorthosis Famagusta held on June 5, 2026, outgoing president Kyriakos Prastitis provided a financial report regarding the club's current status. He disclosed that the total debt of the club amounts to 9.2 million euros, of which approximately 6 million euros are liabilities owed to the state. The outgoing administration managed to repay 3.2 million euros in debts by the end of May. A significant highlight of the meeting was the announcement of a settlement with former coach Temur Ketsbaia. Despite the coach holding a three-year contract, both parties agreed to a termination package equivalent to three months of salary. This resolution was received positively by the attendees at the assembly.
