AEL Limassol targets new players for the upcoming season
AEL Limassol is actively scouting the Cypriot football market to strengthen its roster for the upcoming season. The team is currently considering signing defender Nanu and goalkeeper Zandro. Nanu, 32, is a free agent following his 39-appearance stint with APOEL. Zandro, who played for EN Ypsonas during the 2025-26 season, remains under contract with Aris until 2028. Additionally, the club has reached agreements with Papageorgiou and Karo. AEL is also reportedly interested in Aris forward Yannick Gomis. The planning committee, led by Joel Damahou, aims to prioritize players with experience in the Cypriot league. Negotiations for these targets are ongoing as the team faces competition from other clubs.
