Police investigating vandalism of vehicle in Yermasoyia

On the night of Saturday, June 6, a group of young individuals caused damage to a parked vehicle on Georgiou A' Avenue in Yermasoyia, Limassol. According to footage captured by RoadReportCY at approximately 23:35, one individual climbed onto the car's hood and jumped repeatedly, causing visible damage. An eyewitness reported that prior to the video recording, a member of the same group had removed the vehicle's license plates. Following the incident, the group fled the area by boarding a bus. The Yermasoyia Police Station has been notified and is currently investigating the matter. While some reports suggest police have launched a search for the suspects, other sources claim there has been no official statement yet. The incident is being treated as an act of malicious property damage.
