Insigne is best known for his long tenure at Napoli between 2010 and 2022, where he scored 96 goals in 337 appearances. Following his time in Italy, he played for Toronto FC in the MLS from 2022 to 2025, recording 15 goals in 66 matches. Most recently, he played for Pescara during the previous season.
