Negotiations between doctors and the State Health Services Organization regarding financial incentives

Negotiations between doctors and the State Health Services Organization (OKYpY) in Cyprus are progressing regarding additional financial incentives for medical staff. A meeting held yesterday between labor unions and the organization appears to have reached an agreement on the distribution of funds. Reports indicate that the total amount exceeds 5 million euros and remains within the organization's current budget and action plan. The agreement includes the calculation of the organization's total revenues, encompassing compensation from the Health Insurance Organization (OAY) for GeSY services, public health services, and services of general economic interest reimbursed by the Ministry of Health.
