Drug enforcement operation in Larnaca leads to the arrest of a 36-year-old man

Members of the Drug Law Enforcement Unit (YKAN) conducted a search warrant yesterday afternoon at the residence of a 36-year-old man in Larnaca. During the operation, authorities discovered a significant quantity of cocaine hidden within the house and the suspect's vehicle. Officials stated that the discovery followed a methodical search and an assessment of the individual's behavior. Additionally, police seized two unregistered motorcycles and one car found on the premises. The suspect was arrested for in-flagrante delicto offenses and taken to the YKAN offices in Larnaca for written interrogation. He remains in custody as investigations continue. The operation is being conducted jointly by YKAN and the Kofinou Police Station.
