Panathinaikos reports interest in goalkeeper Maksim Borisko

Panathinaikos is currently evaluating potential transfers to strengthen its goalkeeper position. Reports suggest the club is considering 26-year-old goalkeeper Maksim Borisko, who is valued at approximately 180 million rubles. According to Russian journalist Vanya Karpov, Panathinaikos manager Jacob Neestrup initially expressed interest in Dominik Kotarski, whom he worked with at Copenhagen. However, after reviewing footage suggested by the team's goalkeeping coach, the club shifted its focus to Borisko, citing him as a strong and more affordable alternative. During the most recent season, Borisko recorded 23 appearances and kept 14 clean sheets. Although Turkish club Trabzonspor has also expressed interest in the player, reports indicate that the goalkeeper prefers a move to Greece.
