Leptos Group announces development strategy and current project status in Limassol

The Leptos Group, which has operated in Cyprus for over sixty years, has outlined its current strategy focusing on real estate, hospitality, education, and healthcare. The company highlighted the Limassol Del Mar project as a key development that impacted the city's architectural profile. This project notably featured a partnership with Gianfranco Ferré Home for interior design and furniture. Moving forward, the group is developing Limassol Blu Marine, a large-scale mixed-use project. The Blu Marine development consists of four towers, including two residential and two office buildings. The total investment value for this project is reported to exceed 500 million euros. The group maintains that these developments serve to enhance the international investment image and competitiveness of Cyprus.
