Dimitris Baros discusses parliamentary priorities and party decisions

He expressed a desire to work within the parliamentary committees for Education, Control, and Defense. Regarding the election of Annita Dimitriou as President of the House of Representatives, Baros stated that the decision was based on extensive, behind-the-scenes deliberations. He explained that the party maintained confidentiality regarding their stance to preserve political leverage. Furthermore, he chose not to extend the recent public controversy involving journalist Giorgos Tattis. Baros maintained that the decision to support the DISY president was ultimately aligned with the best interests of the public.
