Hadassah Medical Center to open in Limassol on July 1, 2026

The Hadassah Medical Center is scheduled to officially open in Limassol, Cyprus, on July 1, 2026. This decision was formally approved during a meeting held in Israel on June 3, 2026. The meeting involved representatives from the Hadassah Medical Organization (HMO), Hadassah Medical Ltd (HML), the Hadassah Women’s Zionist Organization of America (HWZOA), and Hadassah Cyprus. Key attendees included HWZOA President Carol Ann Schwartz, CEO Ellen Hershkin, HMO Chairwoman Dalia Itzik, HMO President Prof. Yoram Weiss, HML President Yigal Molad, and Hadassah Cyprus President Lambros Christofi. The facility will operate under the 'Hadassah Advanced Medicine' philosophy. It aims to provide diagnostic and advanced medical services in the Eastern Mediterranean region. This establishment marks the first physical presence of the organization in Cyprus.
