Four Seasons Hotel Limassol announces Ice Cream Week 2026
The Colors Café at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol held a media event on June 9, 2026, to launch the annual Ice Cream Week. Executive Pastry Chef Dimitris Hatzigiannis and his team have developed a new menu inspired by traditional Cypriot flavors. The culinary offerings include ingredients such as galaktoboureko, pastellaki, soutzouko, soumada, rose, walnut, carob honey, halouva, and tahinopita. Featured menu items include syrup-soaked kataifi with walnut gelato and baklava with quince paste and bergamot gelato.
