Olympiakos Nicosia updates squad with new signings
Olympiakos Nicosia is planning significant roster changes, with plans for over ten new additions for the upcoming season. Giorgos Kostis has returned to Cyprus to finalize decisions regarding the team's coaching position. The club has secured 29-year-old midfielder Andreas Frangos, who arrives after a two-and-a-half-year stint at Nea Salamina. Additionally, the team is close to re-signing winger Marios Pechlivanis, who is departing Ethnikos Achnas after three years. These moves aim to strengthen the local Cypriot contingent within the squad. This restructuring follows the departure of key players Leonidas Konomis and Iasonas Pikis. Frangos previously played for Apollon, AEL, Aris, ENP, and Karmiotissa, while Pechlivanis has a history with APOEL, Austria Wien II, and other local clubs.
