The fire was brought under control by 06:10 after burning one decare of stubble and wild vegetation. Authorities from the Forestry Department and the Fire Service, consisting of four personnel and two fire trucks, participated in the response. This follows a separate fire in the same community on June 12, which destroyed three hectares of crops and was reportedly linked to a mechanical malfunction in farm machinery.
