Death of former Cyprus Ports Authority chairman Petros Krassas

The Cyprus Ports Authority announced the death of its former board chairman, Petros Krassas, who passed away on June 10, 2026, at the age of 74. Krassas held significant leadership roles within the organization during his career. He served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from July 18, 2016, until January 17, 2019. Subsequently, he assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors from January 23, 2019, to July 22, 2021.
