Referee promotions to the first division announced

The Refereeing Committee has finalized promotions for officials moving from the second to the first division. Five referees have been promoted: Michalis Louka, Simos Kousiappas, Giorgos Georgiou, Ioannis Piripitsis, and Theodoros Sofokleous. Additionally, three assistant referees have earned promotion, namely Konstantinos Konstantinou, Dimitris Dimitri, and Giorgos Charalambous. It has also been confirmed that three referees, Marios Antoniou, Robertos Kostas, and Andreas Tsampalas, will transition to permanent roles as VAR officials. These decisions reflect the latest organizational changes in the officiating roster. The update regarding the fifth promoted referee, Theodoros Sofokleous, was issued following initial reports that had only identified four promoted referees. This concludes the restructuring of the refereeing team for the upcoming season.
