Giasemidis on interest rate hike: Minimal impact on borrowers

The European Central Bank's 25-basis-point interest rate hike is expected to have a limited impact on borrowers with floating-rate loans. Economist Tasos Giasemidis noted that the increase essentially offsets previous rate cuts, while the overall growth of the Cypriot economy remains positive but moderate.
