DISY party announces new international relations secretariat leadership

President of the Democratic Rally (DISY) party, Annita Demetriou, has confirmed the appointment of Georgios Chatzigeorgiou as the head of the International Relations Secretariat. Margarita Kaimaklioti and Christodoulos Ioannou have been appointed as deputy secretaries. Kaimaklioti currently works at the office of MEP Loukas Fourlas, while Ioannou works at the office of MEP Michalis Hatzipantelas in Brussels. Demetriou stated that this team is responsible for managing international and European challenges to strengthen the party's and Cyprus's credibility. The president expressed her confidence in the team, highlighting their contribution to recent electoral success. Chatzigeorgiou acknowledged the appointment and thanked Demetriou for the continued cooperation. The new team aims to build bridges and enhance the party's presence within the European People's Party.
