Two Cypriot corporations receive Great Place to Work certification

The Cyprus Trading Corporation (CTC) and the EKA Group have both received the Great Place to Work certification based on the Trust Index employee survey. The CTC Group, which employs over 500 people, operates across sectors including FMCG distribution via subsidiaries like Argosy Trading, Cassandra Trading, and Artview, as well as vehicle sales through CTC Automotive. The group is also involved in retail, food and beverage, real estate, and the management of Hermes Airports. Meanwhile, the EKA Group, established in 1946, received certification for its workplace culture in the construction and architectural solutions sector. Kyriakos Iakovidis, General Manager of Great Place to Work, confirmed the achievement for EKA. The EKA Group, which is approaching its 80th anniversary on October 10, 2026, holds this certification for the period 2026-2027. Both organizations emphasize that the certification reflects internal staff feedback regarding respect, fairness, and professional growth.
