Cyprus University of Technology ranked in the QS World University Rankings

For the second consecutive year, the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) has been included in the QS World University Rankings, securing a position in the 701-710 range. The university reports that it placed within the top 8% of the 8,808 institutions evaluated globally and in the top 53% of those that made the final list. According to the data, only 1,504 universities worldwide met the requirements to be listed. The QS rankings are considered among the three primary international university assessments, alongside the Times Higher Education and the Shanghai Ranking. With fewer than 5,000 students, the university met specific criteria for small-sized institutions to qualify. The evaluation process utilizes nine performance indicators, including academic reputation, employer reputation, and research impact. The institution highlighted internationalization and research as its primary strengths in the current assessment.
