Restaurant owner arrested in Odesa following assault on 68-year-old woman

A video shared on social media captured the owner physically attacking the woman. The victim required medical attention and was taken to a hospital. Both the woman and the restaurant owner have filed reports with the police. Ukrainian authorities arrested the man following the incident.
