Four deaths reported in Cyprus within one day
On Thursday, four individuals lost their lives in Cyprus under various circumstances. A 69-year-old Greek Cypriot man was found unconscious in the sea at Kiti, with authorities investigating drowning or potential underlying medical issues. A 29-year-old Syrian national died at a hospital at 3:00 a.m. following a car theft incident and a subsequent traffic accident. Although he displayed no external injuries after the crash, he later suffered from respiratory failure and shock. Additionally, two women died in a separate incident at Oroklini beach late in the afternoon. Autopsies are pending for all cases to determine the exact causes of death. Police investigations into these events are currently ongoing.
